Oleme osa rahvusvahelisest targa linna teadus- ja innovatsioonikogukonnast. Targa linna tippkeskuse asutavad partnerid on Tallinna Tehnikaülikool, Aalto Ülikool, Forum Virium Helsinki ja Eesti Majandus- ja Kommunikatsiooniministeerium ja Kliimaministeerium.

FinEst Targa Linna Tippkeskuse pilootprojekte rahastab Euroopa Regionaalarengu Fond ja Eesti Haridus- ja Teadusministeerium.

We collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including cities, municipalities, universities, smart city research and innovation organisations from Estonia, Europe and beyond. This extensive network of partners enables us to leverage diverse expertise, share knowledge and foster innovation in the field of smart cities.

We feel very privileged to work with FinEst Centre on NetZeroCities project and support 112 European cities to achieve their climate-neutrality commitments by 2030. FinEst Centre has a key role in supporting Eurocities in replicating innovative climate-neutral projects from city to city and identifying technological best practices at the local level.

Focus, systematicity and clarity are the words that characterise the team and leadership of the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities. Working with them gives substance to good collaboration, where parties understand each other and move towards a common goal. The Well-being Score research project has given Narva a better understanding of our urban space and how the city's residents feel about the city, so that we can make better spatial decisions based on the well-being of the city's residents. We hope that we can continue to work with you on exciting collaborative projects and develop both the scientific approach to urban space and, through projects, the city of Narva.

FinEst Centre is a valued member of the EDIAQI consortium, a 4-year Horizon Europe project coordinated by the Lisbon Council. The team is doing a fantastic job at managing the 8 pilots and awareness campaigns focusing on improving indoor air quality in Europe. Both their technical knowledge in the field and project management skills play an essential role in ensuring the success of our project.

For the City of Tartu, cooperation with the FinEst Centre has mainly meant the implementation of the Microgrids project. The FinEst Centre's constant attention and care for the project's development was felt in the background throughout the period. Regular and well-prepared seminars and information days have provided a good opportunity to present the activities of our project, as well as to get an overview of sister projects and FinEst Centre activities.

Rae municipality has been pleased to be part of the FinEst Centre for Smart Cities team. We have been able to collectively contribute and drive innovation and experiment with novel solutions together with our residents. The Future Mobility pilot project has allowed us to introduce the self-driving bus to the residents and test the MaaS XT software-density combination. In this way, we are one step closer to providing a more comfortable and efficient mobility service.
