Webinar for Cities: Smart City Challenge Participation

We extend a warm invitation to all cities eager to submit their challenges in our 4th round of the Smart City Challenge. Your participation is crucial to shaping innovative solutions and fostering sustainable urban development.

WHEN?

April 4th, 2024 at 14.00 – 15.00 (Tallinn time).

WHERE?

Online. We will send a Zoom link to people who have registered a few days before the event.

Please register by April 1st.

At the webinar we will introduce and clarify the expectations for cities/municipalities/campuses to propose challenges for the Smart City Challenge. 

In addition, we are delighted to have an inspirational speaker from the Metaverse Institute, Dr Christina Yan Zhang.

Importantly, the deadline for cities to submit the urban challenges is May 15, 2024.

Each city is warmly welcome to propose 1-3 challenges by sending them to smartcity@taltech.ee using the template Proposing city challenge”.

Collected challenges will be valuable input to researchers and developers to further propose relevant solution ideas.
