Exploring City Challenges: Introductory workshop for cities and researchers

We kindly welcome all cities and researchers who are interested in exploring the collected city challenges to participate in our new round of Smart City Challenge to join!

WHEN?
October 18, 2023 at 10 am – 2 pm Estonian time (9 am – 1 pm CEST time)

WHERE?
The workshop is hosted at Tallinn University of Technology (Ehitajate tee 5, Tallinn) in room U02-409. Registered online participants will receive an event link beforehand.

The aim of this workshop is to introduce the gathered city challenges and engage in discussions with researchers and developers, encouraging brainstorming and proposing the most relevant solutions.

We are expecting municipalities that have presented their challenges, as well as researchers and developers who want to participate in developing novel practical smart city solutions.

In addition, we are delighted to have an inspirational speaker Tim Asperges from the City of Leuven, Belgium.

Importantly, it’s possible to get acquainted with the collected city challenges before the workshop.
