Meet Farah Elbehairy, a recent addition to our research community as a PhD student.

Farah is originally from Egypt, and currently working on her research in Tallinn, Estonia.

She is focusing on building capacities and governance mechanisms for smart city transitions, particularly examining the role of data governance and AI practices within public organizations.

The aim is to explore approaches to capacity-building while ensuring that cities are not only smart but also inclusive.
